1. Acceptance
By downloading or using GreenIQ you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Age requirements
GreenIQ is intended for users aged 16 and above. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
3. Use of the app
GreenIQ is intended for personal use only. You may not use the app for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Wildebeast Media.
4. GreenIQ Pro subscriptions
GreenIQ Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are processed via the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Refunds
Subscription payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies.
6. Termination
In the event that GreenIQ is discontinued, active Pro subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods, as refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
7. Disclaimer
GreenIQ provides plant care information and disease analysis for informational purposes only. Plant Doctor results are indicative and not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a specialist for serious plant diseases. Wildebeast Media is not liable for any damage resulting from decisions made based on information provided by GreenIQ. The use of GreenIQ is entirely at your own risk.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code of GreenIQ is the property of Wildebeast Media. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
